Sub Zero Cryogenics was formed to provide
excellence in Deep Cryogenics and Cryogenic Tempering. We can provide
any Cryogenic service requested. Looking for straight Deep Cryogenic
processing, no problem. Our state of the art processing can regulate to
extreme temperatures and hold it for as long as required. If you want
better processing we can provide our exclusive Deep Cryogenic
Tempering.
The Sub Zero Cryogenic Tempering process is capable of dramatically
improving the performance characteristics of a wide variety of
materials, such as ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys, carbides,
plastics (including Nylons and Polymers) and ceramics. The entire
process takes between 12 and 24 hours, depending on the application and
results being sought. Sub Zero’s state-of-the-art Cryogenic Tempering
systems uses a computer that duplicates the optimal thermal cycling
curve. It precisely regulates the temperature change and brings an
absolute of consistency not available in any other tempering process.
Cryogenic Tempering subjects material placed in a specially constructed
chamber to extreme cryogenic temperatures and then at the end of the
cold soaking a tempering process is used for a specific period of time.
The process supplements standard heat/quenching tempering, completing
metallurgical changes that heat tempering begins.
What this means for your car's performance... With
our Cryogenics and Cryogenic Tempering Process, your engine components
will out live your competitions. Cryogenic Tempering increases
durability and reduces wear and vibration. This means you will get more
horsepower, longer engine life, and fewer breakdowns. In addition, you
will experience more consistent performance from your engine.
You too may take advantage of the same Cryogenic enhancement
developed by NASA and used by Nascar, Le Mans, INDY, IRL, CART, SCCA,
NHRA, LEGENDS, AMA, WERA, ADBA, AHDRA, WKA, IKA & NKA teams around
the world with tremendous results.
Our Cryogenic Tempering Process, although derived from
Conventional Deep Cryogenic Processing, has been developed over the
last 10 years and has proven far more effective than conventional
Cryogenics.
